1. Data We Collect

Health Data: With your permission, we read steps and active energy from Apple HealthKit. This data remains on your device or our secure servers solely for your dashboard display.
Photos: Physique and food photos are processed using secure AI models (Google Gemini) to provide analysis.

2. Use of AI

We use third-party AI providers (Google Gemini via OpenRouter) to analyze your photos. These images are used only for the purpose of providing your workout and nutrition insights. They are not used to train global AI models.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

ChromaFit Pro subscriptions are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information such as credit card numbers or billing addresses. All billing is managed by Apple. Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat, a third-party subscription management service, using only anonymous purchase identifiers.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the app settings.
